The opening of a new Burger King location in South Wales was so successful, the site experienced exceptionally high demand significantly exceeding forecast. The restaurant’s on-site cold storage capacity was not sufficient to hold the stock required to meet demand.
The Challenge
To ensure continued smooth operations and to maintain high levels of customer service, Burger King needed a fast and reliable cold storage solution. They needed both fridge and freezer space to safely store enough stock to keep up with the customer demand. Additionally, it was very important the equipment provided did not detract from the appearance of the brand new site.
