A refrigerated container is a static insulated unit, designed for temperature controlled storage of goods. It maintains a consistent temperature in the range of +/-30C. These containers are ideal for all applications of bulk cold storage.
How do I hire?
Hiring a refrigerated container is simple. Just contact us via our website or phone, and we’ll guide you through the process. We offer flexible rental terms to suit your needs.
What sizes are available?
Refrigerated containers are either 10ft, 20ft and 40ft long. They are all 8ft wide and 8ft 6in high externally. To find out internal sizes and volumes see our full specification here. If you are unsure on what size you require, our experts will recommend the best fit for your needs.
Are delivery services included?
Yes, we provide delivery services for all our refrigerated containers. Our team ensures prompt and safe delivery to your location. Additional charges may apply based on distance. Within 24 hours of delivery, an engineer will attend site to connect the unit to your power source, set it to your requirements and ensure you are completely happy.
What do I need to site a refrigerated container?
The site needs to be accessible to a HGV with enough room for it to unload the container parallel to its trailer. The container is lifted from the lorry by its crane, so there must be no overhead cables or low hanging obstructions. The container needs to be placed on flat, level, hardstanding ground. A 5-pin, 3-phase power socket needs to be within 10 meters of the container.
