Our customer provides equipment and facilities support across the UK, working with clients in a range of sectors, including some of the most secure and high-pressure environments such as prisons and Ministry of Defence sites.
Team Refrigeration has worked with them on hundreds of projects over the years, supplying mobile cold storage wherever and whenever they need it. We have security clearance and we are SafeContractor accredited, so we can service all of their sites.
The Challenge
We were contacted to help support a secure MoD site in Central London. The kitchen team didn’t have enough cold storage to cover a medium-term increase in demand. They needed extra fridge and freezer capacity to help them through a busy couple of months.
Because we have been in partnership for so long, our customers know that we understand the constraints of entering and working on a secure site. Everything has to be well planned and carefully coordinated from timings to access and setup, and all documentation must be in place and correct.
